In a groundbreaking initiative to combat climate change and foster social equality, Atlantis DAO has unveiled the Citizens App. This revolutionary platform empowers individuals to contribute to environmental conservation and community development through a unique system of Climate Bounties. We are planning to facilitate the usage of the citizen app first as an impact tracking app for our collaboration with DEC in Goma, DRC. Here's how it works:

What are Climate Bounties?

Climate Bounties are a series of tasks available on the Atlantis Citizen App, designed to encourage users to engage in activities that have a positive impact on the environment. These tasks range from writing insightful blogs about climate issues to completing surveys that help gather valuable data for environmental conservation efforts. By participating in these bounties, every user has the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the fight against climate change.

Key Features of the Atlantis Citizen App

• Find Personalized Bounties: The app tailors the available Climate Bounties to your unique skills and location, ensuring that you can find activities that match your interests and abilities. This personalization makes it easier for everyone to contribute in their own way.
• Check Earth's Vitals: As part of the Climate Bounties, the app provides users with access to vital environmental data at each bounty location, such as renewable infrastructure, clean water availability, air quality, and tree density. This feature educates and informs users about the areas they are helping to protect.
• Track your Earnings: Completing Climate Bounties earns you KARMA, the native token of the Atlantis App. This system allows users to track their contributions and the impact they have made, encouraging ongoing participation.
• Impact Leaderboard: The app features a leaderboard to showcase the top contributors, offering additional incentives for users to engage in more bounties. It's a fun way to compete and see the direct impact of your efforts.
• Green Marketplace (Coming Soon): In the near future, the Atlantis Citizen App will introduce a Green Marketplace where users can redeem their earned KARMA for discounts on sustainable products. This feature aims to close the loop by rewarding environmental stewardship with tangible benefits.

Goal of this Collaboration

We need to plan out the list of bounties that will be first back by us as RegenerateDRC and DEC.

These listed bounties will first entail our transactions between us and Emmanuel with a case by case reward given for accepting bounty to complete it along with and further reward for completing the bounty.

First we will have to retroactively add our already in progress task of planting 10,000 seedlings in Goma as a community reforestation project. The bounty rewards will be split into two bounties: one preliminary bounty to attest to the necessary steps needed to complete the activity in order to secure the funding in order source the seedlings and conduct the community reforestation effort. The secondary bounty is to quantify the completion of the activity and secure a further reward for that that is quantified in quarterly bounties utilizing integrations like the Silvi app to continuously monitor the efficacy of the reforestation effort as time goes on!
